We measure the level of service with Pingdom.com, meaning that monitoring and measurement is done by an outside party. The SLA is not standard on VPS Starter virtual servers, but it is possible to include it as an additional service.<\/p>\n

If the virtual server’s actual service level is less than 99.9%, meaning that the server is unavailable for at least 43.2 minutes per month, we will refund the service charges for that month according to the following table:
